Stop-dogs now customizable
The PRT-05-15-PC-TS-360 consists of injection-molded components that can be manufactured cost-effectively and assembled easily. The simple design ensures a strong yet lightweight construction. The integrated angle stop with stop-dog allows rotational movements of up to 360° as standard and can be customized upon request. For the materials, iglide® P4 and iglide® M260 were selected as they showed the best performance in the test and offer a long service life.

Lighter, smaller, more cost-effective
The PRT-04-CP is the compact version of our high-performer PRT-04. This product is 60% lighter, offers 50% more space savings and is 20% more cost-effective compared to the PRT-01. It has universal sliding elements made of iglide® J and an extensive modular system. New is the space-saving version, which was specially developed for limited installation space.

Rotational movements over 360° possible
The PRT-04-TS-360 makes it possible to quickly and individually adjust the stop-dog to prevent rotation of the PRT slewing ring bearing at defined points. A new feature is that the stop-dog can be implemented over 360° and can even be extended up to 720° upon request.

PTFE-free all-rounder
The iglidur® slewing ring bearing PRT-04 with aluminium housing and iglidur® JPF sliding elements contains no PTFE.

PRT-06-100: Up to 85% more cost-effective compared to the PRT-04
The new PRT slewing ring bearing is particularly lightweight, flat and cost-effective compared to the rest of our PRT series. At just 8 mm, it is also only half as high as the slewing ring bearing in the PRT-04 series.

Adjustment lever in two versions: 90 degrees and 45 degrees

The PRT adjustment lever for the PRT-04 slewing ring bearing series enables simple adjustment by 45 or 90 degrees. The modular system of the PRT-04 series allows uncomplicated expansion with various accessories and offers a customized solution for a wide range of applications.

Suitable for PRT-type -04, also for retrofitting

The PRT clamping lever for the PRT-04 slewing ring bearing series enables a simple manual clamp and consists of a clamping lever and an aluminium block.The modular system of the PRT-04 series allows uncomplicated expansion with various accessories and offers a customised solution for a wide range of applications.

Tooth profile: AT10, HTD5M, T10 - anodized aluminum

The PRT tooth profile for the slewing ring bearing series PRT-04 is available in the tooth types AT10, HTD5M, T10. The attachment is also suitable for retrofitting to existing PRT-04 slewing ring ball bearings.

PRT-02 series is characterized by light weight and low costs

The PRT-02-30-WPC product range consists of a wood-plastic combination with 50% wood and 50% plastic. This is the first time we have offered a material combination that consists of 50% renewable raw materials and does not require any lubricants.

The PRT-04 with stainless steel rings is ideally suited for large loads due to its high rigidity. With the iglidur® A181, this PRT slewing ring bearing has FDA conformity and can be used in the food and packaging sector, among others.
