Our self-lubricating belt rollers, designed with our high-performance iglide® polymer materials, provide precise, grease-free guidance for conveyor belts. They offer a tight deflection radius and require a low amount of drive power. They’re also easy to assemble, extremely cost-effective, maintenance-free, and resistant to dirt, dust, corrosion and chemicals. Wear test in the test laboratory

Tumble test rig: load 1N/mm2, speed 0.3m/s
To give you precise details on the wear rate of our belt rollers, these are examined under realistic conditions in our test laboratory. Four different iglide® materials as well as PET-P and POM-C were tested. To also make statements regarding the wear behavior depending on the shaft materials, conveyor rollers were tested on V2A and silver steel shafts.

Load: 1MPa, speed: 0.3m/s and 0.6m/s
Conveyor rollers made of various iglide® materials running on 304 stainless steel shafts were tested. The materials were tested at speeds of 0.3m/s and 0.6m/s.
