Wear-resistant bar stock and heavy-duty plain bearings, which do not require external lubricants or maintenance thanks to incorporated solid lubricants, are ideal for use in rotor blade adjustment and braking systems.

A start-up company from Brandenburg has developed a mobile maintenance platform for the rotors of wind turbines that allows repair work to be carried out in almost any weather and at any time of day. On board are chainflex® cable, energy chain and iglidur® plain bearings.
